Our typical lead time for custom shirts is 1 to 3 weeks from the time your order is confirmed. This timeframe includes both production and shipping. Please note that lead times may vary based on the order quantity and complexity of the design. If your design is already finalised, we can often complete your order more quickly.

Yes, we do offer discounts on bulk orders! Our pricing tiers are as follows:

1–5 shirts: Standard pricing

6–8 shirts: 2% discount

9–14 shirts: 4% discount

15–49 shirts: 10% discount

50+ shirts: 15% discount

We begin processing your shirt shortly after the order is placed. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, changes may not be possible.

You can use the size chart located in the products or if you're local, in-person fittings may be available by appointment.

Because our shirts are made to order, we do not offer traditional returns. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship, we offer a complimentary remake to ensure you’re completely satisfied.
